Location: Aguadilla, Puerto Rico (In-Person)
Duration: 18-24 months
Salary: $11-$15 per hour, based on experience
Type: Full-time, W2 role, must be a U.S. citizen and live in Puerto Rico
About the Role:
As the Field Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day execution of a groundbreaking program. Reporting to the President and Chief Program Officer, you will manage logistics, ensure alignment with program goals, and oversee detailed reporting to track success. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team and community partners to bring the program’s vision to life, all while immersing yourself in the vibrant culture and natural beauty of Aguadilla.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Execution and Management
● Implement and oversee workshops, training sessions, and community events to ensure all program activities run smoothly.
● Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, participant outreach, and resource allocation.
● Monitor program progress, track deliverables, and report on outcomes to ensure alignment with program goals.
Team Collaboration
● Work with the Outreach Coordinator, Program Assistant, and Program Coordinator to ensure seamless operations.
● Facilitate bi-weekly team meetings to track progress, resolve challenges, and maintain alignment.
Community Engagement
● Serve as the on-the-ground point of contact for community partners, participants, and stakeholders.
● Build relationships with local organizations to recruit participants and foster long-term partnerships.
Operational Excellence
● Maintain high standards of compliance and documentation to meet program and grant requirements.
● Collect and analyze data to assess program impact and identify areas for improvement.
Job requirements
● Demonstrated experience in program execution, logistics management, or operations coordination.
● Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
● Passion for community development and the ability to inspire and work collaboratively with others.
● Fluency in English and Spanish is required; experience with compliance and federal grant reporting is a plus.
